Point taken ... the "nothing noteworthy" referred to what distracted her - a large boulder beside the trail. But I agree, the nude woman is very noteworthy. Thanks. :-)

I've tried nude hiking and it feels great, just been solo and as a guy you never know what the reaction might be from other hikers. Love to find a place and others to go au natural with, enjoying nature.

I know the feeling. I've done it as a part of nudist groups, but I'd never do it alone ... the image of a lone naked male unfortunately has predatory overtones I don't want to be anywhere near. On the other hand, a line of mixed naked people in nothing but backpacks brings more chuckles and smiles than worry. :-)

Thanks. You might find it amusing that we once did hire a guide. we were visiting an unfamiliar place very briefly and wanted to take advantage of the scenery to do "our" kind of hiking. We arranged a guide in advance of our trip who was willing to help. He was fully-informed of our intentions and was ok with it. Turned out he was gay ... which certainly was ok with us, but it did change the atmosphere of the shoots.

A real wood nymph. Hitting the trail takes on a whole new light with Mrs. Pix as the trail guide. Watch that poison ivy though. Great shots Mr. & Mrs. Pix. ♥ ♥ ♥

Thank you, Grumpy. You are quite right about the poison ivy, though more poison oak which is abundant in our area. That's one of the reasons why she usually hikes with trekking poles, in order to be able to push the poison oak aside safely where it impinges on the trail.
